    Reflecting on Tobe’s comment about Sasquatch being worshipped, I’m reminded of Dmitri Bayanov’s work. In one of his books, he comments on the etymology of “dev” and its connection to homins and a kind of deific status in some parts of the world.
    Also, the basajaun of the Catalan region in southern Europe was apparently treated as a kind of deity of the woods, as he/they protected shepherds and their flocks, iirc. I believe Andy McGrath and others have written about the basajaun.

    I think perhaps if the Forest People also try to reach out to those people who are basically dangerous to them it could change the viewpoint of these people which would be of benefit to the these beings and the world at large. There are a lot of 'knuckleheads' running around armed to the teeth looking for proof of Bigfoot. It seems to have generated this whole macho culture that's very disturbing. I watch some of these utube vids & it makes me literally laugh out loud, it's like a bad western movie, these people are so full of themselves. News flash - if you just sat down, cleared your mind and tried to connect to these beings you might get somewhere and it would be a lot easier. You don't even have to travel, it can all take place on a different level, the mind is non local. All the hype, clickbait & sensationalism out there on the topic is beyond annoying. That's humans for ya', we got a long way to go... I wish these folks would stop running through the woods basically harassing these beings and driving them out of their space like that show that has been so popularized that I will not name because it would offend some, but you know what I'm talking about. Grown men & women acting like fools, it looks like an unhealthy obsession to me, but a money maker. The 👑 has spoken. Love this interview!

I say "he" because he was masculine in his form, I did not see feminine curves, but maybe the females and males look the same up until a certain age, I'm not sure. "Among the commandments that Moses gave
    to Israel, was this: "And they shall no more
    sacrifice their victims to devils, with whom
    they have committed fornication. It shall be an
    ordinance forever to them and their posterity"
    (Leviticus 17:7, The Holy Bible, Douay
    Version, reproduced from the first edition of
    The Old Testament, printed at Douay in 1609).
    Another translation in The Holy Bible,
    London, 1850: "And they shall no more offer
    their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they
    have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute
    forever unto them throughout their
    generations.” A third version, published in
    The New English Bible, Oxford, 1970: “They
    shall no longer sacrifice their slaughtered
    beasts to the demons whom they wantonly
    follow.”
    Let us note that, according to the Hebrew
    text, Moses did not use the words "devils" or
    "demons" in this commandment by the Lord.
    Again the term se'irim (hairy ones) was used,
    which presented a sticking point for the
    translators."

    • @cryptocryptid1487
      @cryptocryptid1487 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      With a quick look into the word se'irim I see that it comes from the Hebrew word sa'ir which translates to "he-goat" and not "hairy one". Although "he-goat" and "hairy one" might both describe whatever demonic entity was being described in the scriptures, "he-goat" does not describe what a Sasquatch looks like at all. I have no doubt the demonic realms and entities exist, just as I have no doubt about the Glory of God. And somehow we are all in it experiencing this thing called life together. It is most important to walk with discernment and to know right from wrong, good from evil, and honesty from trickery because this is God's supernatural playground super school for us all. Thank you kindly for your comment. 🙏

    • @dmitryryabov6057
      @dmitryryabov6057 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@cryptocryptid1487 Bayanov dwells on the translations of the Hebrew word as well in his works. As one of the earliest and most thorough researchers into the historical aspect of the phenomenon he of course took more than a quick look. The context doesn't leave any doubt that it's "demons" that are meant there, not "he-goats". And later the Latin translators used the word "pilosus" or "the hairy (fuzzy) ones". BTW I'm not saying that they are daemonic or angelic, I'm just saying that the Bible probably has some evidence of them being worshiped by the pre-Christian humanity.

    • @dmitryryabov6057
      @dmitryryabov6057 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The demons mentioned in the Bible are of two classes, the "se'irim" and the "shedim." The se'irim ("hairy beings"), to which the Israelites sacrificed in the open fields (Lev. xvii. 7; A. V. "devils"; R. V., incorrectly, "he-goats"), are satyr-like demons, described as dancing in the wilderness (Isa. xiii. 21, xxxiv. 14; compare Maimonides, "Moreh," iii. 46; Vergil's "Eclogues," v. 73, "saltantes satyri"), and are identical with the jinn of the Arabian woods and deserts (see Wellhausen, l.c., and Smith, l.c.). To the same class belongs Azazel, the goat-like demon of the wilderness (Lev. xvi. 10 et seq.), probably the chief of the se'irim, and Lilith (Isa. xxxiv. 14). Possibly "the roes and hinds of the field," by which Shulamit conjures the daughters of Jerusalem to bring her back to her lover (Cant. ii. 7, iii. 5), are faunlike spirits similar to the se'irim, though of a harmless nature.

      Hello! Throughout the 11 year friendship with the Sasquatch People, I know they only share with me insights and experiences that they want me to have. They are in the driver's seat. They have never given me any indication that what they share with me is to be hidden or kept secret. I know that in many cultures the relationship between the Sasquatch People and Human people is sacred and kept confidential. It is curious to me that at this time, in the present, they are allowing much more information about them to be known. I think it speaks volumes to where our relationship is between those who are looking for a positive and sacred communion with them and that they are responding openly. They know everything I say in interviews and think if they didn't want me to continue to speak openly about them they would stop the connection. That has not happened. The experiences are only getting more intimate and more prevalent. Thank you for your insight I do appreciate it 🙏
