Hi and thank you. Windows are actually imitation of aluminium but made of steel which is far cheaper. Unfortunately I lost contact for the person that did them for us.
@shelikays5120 the only way to find out is to go to the area and ask to be introduced to the headman and sabhuku. They know all the land available and are responsible for giving it out.
Amazing effort. Thanks for sharing and inspiring others. Will keep watching

@remykahari5249 Hi and thank you. It came from Mutare. Its called tongue and groove and the timber is pine ( white wood)
Amazing, where can I get those steel doors from?
We had someone weld them in Mutare. Am sure you can get them in most cities
Beautiful work done here! I must say I love the ceiling work! Do you know what type of wood was used to do the ceiling?
Hi and thank you, I've followed your channel for a while. I will ask the carpenter and let you know.

Is there a rural development levy? And a building code?
I believe you only pay levy on commercial stands if building a shop for instance. Not sure about the building code.
Do you have to pay a rural development Levy?

Hi, I will work this out and post at some point 🙏
How did you get the land if I may ask?
We bought the land from a couple that were separating unfortunately and wanted to split their assets.
@@chrismafico do you know if there is any land for sale around that area?

@chrismafico thank you, so what's the name of the area please?
