Unbelievable. The guy is timeless and sublime. Yeah, Bob is the king, but Dennis was no joke. I remember it like yesterday. I was shopping with a friend of mine in Peckham London England back in 1999 when it was announced that he fell asleep in death. (Compare John 5:28) Imagine my profound sorrow. There's not many singers you can compare to Dennis. Even the late great Marvin Gaye didn't put his feelings into ALL his songs like I believe Dennis did. I think he took 'Roots and Culture,' Lover's Rock,' whatever you want to call it, to a level that hasn't been attained yet.
