They're obviously doing it to make their videos longer cause of money. But it such a fucking awful phenomenon that is spreading to almost every new video on TH-cam

Wow. This worked for an office PC i’m working on (before reformatting though) and by working i mean it’s not stuck in a boot loop anymore but actually continued to the installing screen right after clicking OK.

Man I frustrated myself with this issue way to long . Win 10 Pro loaded on an old legacy PC .. issue with vid card once resolved I needed to reload 10 . It would not work . This was the fix unbelievable . Bingo we are good . BIG THANKS 🎉
