@@electro806 oh I know I've beat one an hour into the game and I didn't have any training from BOTW since I bought TOTK first but still good to get every shrine along the way that stamina isn't going to max itself well unless you get some food to max it up temporarily but yeah I already got the set during my first comment, the game is amazing but with enough excellent dodges you can kill anything hell I've slain the white gloom lynel under Hyrule castle in the depths as well.
On the first one if you fail getting the shrine the Stewart construct gives you a test trial which will get you the shrine and the test doesn’t require anything
Quick tip, If you go to the island with a pool of water that you land in after the dive ceremony you can simply talk to the construct and it will teleport you to the top instead of flying the machine. :)
I got this armor today, and I agree with the trial thing it is more fun when you dive faster. The one for the glide mask I plopped right on the third or fourth ring's platform. Couldn't help but laugh when I did that

It wasn’t until I found the great fairy’s way later on in the game that I discovered this other perk - I was like “how many times have I died accidentally crashing because I didn’t know about this yet” - this set and it’s perk are travel game changing.

I’ve found Fall Damage to not be nearly as detrimental as I originally thought it would be. The Directional Dive Control increase is quite useful though
I just started playing last week and didn't realize you could start from the bottom and port up. I've gotten the Glide Shirt and Trousers by making my way to the top(through various means) diving down, and then porting up top because I got it into my head that you had to show yourself worthy of the trial by making your way up first. Stupid me.
So i happened upon the glide helmet and I thought that you had to manually get to the very top of the tower you’re supposed to skydive through I was wrong 😅

Warning ⚠️ What he didn't mention is that in order to activate the second shrine in the sky island you HAVE TO defeat a Flux construct 1 as the shrine is strapped to his back 😂 2:48 , it is easy as I took one out in the first hour of the game with only 3 hearts a club and a bow if you have no arrows, GO GET ARROWS.
You only need to defeat the Flux Construct if you want to complete that shrine. You can just unlock the fast travel, skip the shrine and continue to jump off to next island for the Dive Trial.

Fastest way for the trial is to use the glider to position yourself amd then dive thru every ring. Got 19 seconds flat with that.

If you upgrade the full set to level 2, not a damn thing. It cancels fall damage.

Lindor has an easier solution by fusing the planks behind it to make a plank bridge up to the platform

The sky shrine is inactive and doesn’t do anything so I can’t do the challenge or get the armor
Nvm i had already done the challenge and the shrine was here
I found out that if you don't have any zonite charges the constructs will let you do the challenges for free
if like me your worst enemy is gravity then this is the best armor indeed !!

To get to the tower at the beginning a built a raft out of trees and used a fan instead 💀
I didnt know what valor island was and I was exploring. I was convinced there was treasure or something rare at the top so i spent hours flying there
