OH! And I also loved trying the squat with holding the leg up, I've never heard of that one before. Love learning new postures with you, thank you for creating such wonderful flows!
Oh. My. Goodness!!! SOOOO GOOOD!!!! WOW, super spicy and challenging for me! The balancing warrior 3 with the leg to elbow crunches were hard for me to keep balanced. The frog-hops into handstand was scary, so scary for me as I can't do handstands, but the second go of it on the other side I believe I did better, no handstand, but still better haha. And the dolphin into a forearm stand was hard but I had a split second of feeling my body in the inversion... I can't recommend this one enough! WOW. Favorite. Hard and spicy and mind opening. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🙏💖

Tana please don’t worry about throwing handstands into the practice!! I’ve been trying to handstand for so long and any little piece of advice to get there (like keeping your elbows straight) is amazing to receive for gaining confidence. Loved this practice xxx
