    How to cook Ginisang Monggo (No Meat)
    This dish is stewed mung bean (no meat version ) . You can also add pork with it . The Ingredients
    are garlic , onion, tomato, mung bean and ampalaya leaves (bitter gourd leaves). You can also use malunggay leaves or alugbati ( malabar nightshade). The more leafy vegetables the better , it makes more delicious.
    This is a simple Filipino recipe that can be eaten either lunch or dinner , and partnered with rice if you prefer.
