Gosh I really hate how people immediately discriminate against rich kids. It’s not their fault they were born into a well-off family. They’re making the most out of their situations in life (which for the nth time, is NOT THEIR CHOICE) just like what a regular person should do. I know a bunch of rich kids who up to now, despite being adults already, still act as freeloaders of their parents. I admire these two kids for being super responsible and knowing their priorities in life at a young age. Anyways, I hated going to a regular school. How I wish homeschool was available (or at least my parents were aware of it) 20 years ago. I definitely would have preferred it for myself!

Their dad Paolo Punzalan was the son of Orly Punzalan and Helen Vela. Helen Vela was the only woman newscaster with special voice both on Radio and Tv broadcaster desired to posses. Orly Punzalan was a journalist and TV personality as well. Princess Punzalan the ex wife of Willie revillame was also talented. Their grandparents left them wealth and i'm not surprise if they got the genius genes from them too.

Sometime I wish I was homeschooled. I only 'like' school just for my friends and all the activities that they do but hopefully I can just get through public school successfully
I am homeschooled from Nursery up to Grade 1. I'm enrolled in a private school know but i don't really like socializing with other people who i don't know and i don't really want to talk to. I was decently quiet there whatsoever, and i still keep in my mind that i hope i'll go back homeschooling again after i graduate.
I was homeschooled for about 10 years. I agree that each child is different, I too am an introvert that only gets along with people if I really want to.
Home schooling is great as long as you have parents, or tutors, that can teach you properly. The public educational system in the Philippines is a disaster. I saw it every day when I lived there. Kids be passed on that didn't know basic subjects. Kids so far behind their peers in other countries. If the parents have the time to home school, and are serious about it, I would HIGHLY recommend home schooling in the Philippines.

I agree with that.. being a part of a youth group or organization it really helps you out of who you become.. It really reflects on ur personality.. I was a part of a youth group/organization back then when I was 12 until my college days but eversince I was a child naman tlagang My family brought us to church hanggng sa maging youth na kami.. and yeah now, I also do that to my kid coz I wanna see him grow with the guidance of good people and of course to have Faith in God.. more powers to your channel and continue to be an inspiration with others.. ☺😉😘

I am homeschooled too! But when I was in PH I study in a normal school.. I transferred to homeschooling when I graduated elementary and when we moved in Japan.
The change in our curriculum was actually so much better than the previous one. We now have two days where we attend classes until noon instead of just one, which was fridays. The environment in my academy is pretty competitive though, we're devoting our time and efforts in the sole purpose of trying to acquire honors and awards. Sometimes a chill and relaxing pace is much more preferable than fast and constant studying. Also, I'm very curious about homeschooling. Do you pay a teacher? or does your parents teach you themselves?
Literally, I cant be homeschooled, I cant do stuffs like that...because Im to lazy😅😩.... nagrereview lang ako kung kailangan.😂 Pero khit ganun ang gawain ko, ok pa rin grades ko😁😂
My brother and cousins were also homeschooled for a very long time and most people don't understand this kind of lifestyle. Sometimes it's difficult to explain to them that homeschoolers do have social life, act normal and not weird around other people. Lol. But yeah, I have to agree that homeschooling is not for everyone. There are kids that learn faster on a classroom setting. Anyway, you have a supportive family and great video. You earned a new subscriber here :)
My personality back in high school was so outgoing. But now I'm introvert. the first half my nursing school was online so I was very fond of working at home at my own pace. I would think that if I started home school in high school I would have developed very good study habits
I did a report about homeschooling last semester. 😭 I wish this were filmed earlier. You guys did a great job sharing your experiences! Anyways, I'd say that parent/s play a big role in it. Or mainly, providing adult guidance/supervision for kids. I can say this from experience since I was also homeschooled for about a year or so when I was in grade 3. It didn't work for me that much because no one guided me. My parents were always at work.

Homeschool here in the states is online so unfortunately we can't just shut off the internet, which makes it so hard for me to focus 😭 I'm taking my college classes online right now and it can get so stressful because I have an attention span the size of a teaspoon. But I so agree w the pros you've mentioned. I can travel and chill with my friends anytime. Plus, getting to sleep til 1 pm - 👌🏼

In my opinion, I just want to send my son to regular school because then he will know some routine in life. Like Eg. Waking up on time for school, his schedules for the day, mingling and developing social skills apart from home, he will face through ups and downs in the school, face his fears in school and teachers strictness, society understandings and so on. I dont really send my son for a great education, educations are available everywhere starting from google and million diff options. Regular school is all my learning habits and society and culture understandings and their social intelligence. Thats all my purpose.

Hi. I wasn't rich growing up. We were missionaries in the province. I was homeschooled til high school. It is often way cheaper than traditional schooling. I am now homeschooling my 8 year old and it is saving us lots of money!
I feel like I could do better when I am alone. I like it when I have one-on-one interaction, be it with the computer or a person. Given the opportunity I would prefer homeschooling not only because I want to try it but because my main competition would be myself and not other students.

Home schooling is the best one for kids, I have two homeschooled kids elementary and high school. We send them at TMA (The Master's Academy) feel free to research it. It's not expensive and it depends on the books that you will buy from them. I opted to home school them because of the way peer pressure every children faces each day. And yes, it's so flexible and phasing is good for a kid especially every child is different.
+Mae Abainza hi, right now in TMA if you will enroll first child is 35k but additional 5k for every siblings that makes 35k for me since I have two children. Books are excluded ofcourse, but you have options to buy second hand books. Books are not a problem if your homeschooled because the more learning materials you read the much better! Homeschooled children are good readers since book reading is in their curriculum too. Homeschool is so very effective not only in academics but on their behaviors too.
Kids should taught to be independent , learn to analyze things themselves. But I noticed that schooling here in the Philippines are more on memorizing definition, copying notes in the blackboard when all info are in the books.

In my opinion, I just want to send my son to regular school because then he will know some routine in life. Like Eg. Waking up on time for school, his schedules for the day, mingling and developing social skills apart from home, he will face through ups and downs in the school, face his fears in school and teachers strictness, society understandings and so on. I dont really send my son for a great education, educations are available everywhere starting from google and million diff options. Regular school is all my learning habits and society and culture understandings and their social intelligence. Thats all my purpose.

Lol. I am an introvert too and I feel your kuya's sentiments. It feels so natural being alone. I've attended a regular school since I was in preschool up to 1st year college but I am planning to do an online college on my 2nd year.

Hi. I wasn't rich growing up. We were missionaries in the province. I was homeschooled til high school. It is often way cheaper than traditional schooling. I am now homeschooling my 8 year old and it is saving us lots of money!

I feel like I could do better when I am alone. I like it when I have one-on-one interaction, be it with the computer or a person. Given the opportunity I would prefer homeschooling not only because I want to try it but because my main competition would be myself and not other students.

Home schooling is the best one for kids, I have two homeschooled kids elementary and high school. We send them at TMA (The Master's Academy) feel free to research it. It's not expensive and it depends on the books that you will buy from them. I opted to home school them because of the way peer pressure every children faces each day. And yes, it's so flexible and phasing is good for a kid especially every child is different.

+Mae Abainza hi, right now in TMA if you will enroll first child is 35k but additional 5k for every siblings that makes 35k for me since I have two children. Books are excluded ofcourse, but you have options to buy second hand books. Books are not a problem if your homeschooled because the more learning materials you read the much better! Homeschooled children are good readers since book reading is in their curriculum too. Homeschool is so very effective not only in academics but on their behaviors too.

Kids should taught to be independent , learn to analyze things themselves. But I noticed that schooling here in the Philippines are more on memorizing definition, copying notes in the blackboard when all info are in the books.
