Unloading a lavender still

Bulgarian lavender production, unloading 1.5 tonnes of steamed and steaming lavender, after we watched the essential oil bring extracted.

I've been up Mont Ventoux but only by car, not the Tour de France way. My childhood penfriend lives nearby and gave me some of their local lavender which was also very lovely.

Any estimate of how much EO was distilled from that amount of material?

I think the owner said 30kg, but I shall have to listen to another of the films I made to check. It's way higher than rose, for example.
