Coincidentally, I purchased the same BLDC driver a few weeks back to see if it could run a similar drum motor. I tried this with a bench power supply and it did not work. It was jerky at best. Now I find this video doing the same thing but with batteries and it runs well. I'll have to try one more time, with a battery. But it shouldn't make any difference.
To work more speed and torque on lower voltage you must re wire the coils of same phase on parallel method for example wire wire every coil of phase 1 in parallel just take the start and the end of evrey phase 1 coil and join all starts toegether and all ends together and do the same thing with the 2 other phase that will make you able to run this motor with the same speed and torque that was when its running on 220v but with 12V onlyyyy but it will pull more current amps so make sure that your controller board can handle it and good luck

There's tons of good cameras, the best one to start with is whatever one you have available. I would actually recommend against DSLR as mirrorless has several advantages over DSLR. What exactly do you want to use it for?

You would have to reconnect the series-connected coils in parallel to get the motor to run faster at a low voltage. You'll also need more current to get the same torque if you do this.

Its torque is much higher than the car alternators.
There are no hall sensors used
