wow i tried lots of things but this one actually fixed my problem i tried to start wuauser (windows update service) from elevated CMD "net start wuauserv" and always showed me some error related to not finding a process or a file (error 2 and error 127).. now it works like a charm! thank you!

Okay so my computer is really wierd , so i've done your thing and it work until i restart my computer , by that i mean that the register have the wuauserv file back but when i restart my computer it goes back to not having it , do you have any solution ?
After this at the moment I cannot think of any solution but I will check. Most of the time, when the PC is on Safe Mode, if you follow the steps shared in the video, the problem should be solved.

@@WilsonTechTV After several tries I discovered that the solution is much simpler: all I needed to do was to download windows update assistant from Microsoft website and using that tool I updated my windows and immediately all was good. I hope this helps some people.

Okay so my computer is really wierd , so i've done your thing and it work until i restart my computer , by that i mean that the register have the wuauserv file back but when i restart my computer it goes back to not having it , do you have any solution ?
After this at the moment I cannot think of any solution but I will check. Most of the time, when the PC is on Safe Mode, if you follow the steps shared in the video, the problem should be solved.
@@WilsonTechTV yea but that what i did and the register did get thé wuauserv file but then when i restarted my computer it just dissapeared again (my file was aldreay missing i did not delete it like in the vidéo)
