My under eye moles are genetic. Everyone in my family related to our nana (great grandma) get under eye moles the older we get. Almost like freckles but they stick out on the face

I thought my moles were freckles until they were still there after lockdown and someone informed me that actual freckles are supposed to fade if you avoid the sun. My dad and paternal grandmother both had super prominent moles (my dad even has one the size of a nickel on his back) so I guess it's not surprising that I got them, I'm just grateful mine are more subtle looking

i have a complex about my moles on my face. two of them are below my mouth and i met a surgeon to see if i could remove them and he said ”no that would be too bad they look pretty”
i left after 5 minutes and was extremely confused-
he must thought your face looks so bright with the moles. Somehow they made people's face looks unique and recognizable.

that's a sign of a reputable surgeon right there. cosmetic surgeons who turn patients away bc they genuinely think they don't need the surgery or bc, in their professional opinion, the costs outweigh the benefits, are god tier. beats surgeons willing to do anything for the sake of money any day lol

My moles on one side of my face lines up if you connect them where they go, starts from the middle of my neck, to the middle of my face/toward middle of eye, and up towards the top of my forehead. It looks like a constellation. And the only mole on my other side of my face is at the corner of my outer eye, where the top lid/bottom lid meets

I've got 3 moles that I thought were freckles until lockdown happened, and I spent a year indoors with pretty much no sun and these suckers - and a few other "freckles" didn't fade in the slightest. The ones in question form a right triangle by the corner of my left eye. I also have 3 larger moles going down my left arm in a perfectly straight line. Why the weirdly freckle-like moles on that side of my body decided to be so bizarrely geometric, I have no idea, but it's kinda freaky...oh, there's also a single lonely mole by right eye, but it's not pulling off any weird feats of geometry, and is really pale, so I tend to forget it's there
