I mean, you didnt manouver your tanks or hull them down either, and I seriously doubt a Cromwell could withstand a good shot from a Jagdpanther. Just remember, Germans had incredible tanks and tank destroyers, I don't think Britain really had much of a chance to survive 3 or even 1 for that matter.
This mission is very simple. I just built AT post at the crossroad in front of the city and the tigers one by one didn't have chance. With armour pierce ammunition they have been out very quickly. Artillery wasn't enough strong to destroy them.
You can scuttle unwanted British defensive structures by clicking on them and hitting delete, this helps your pop cap for the end. To win, first capture all the flags, use artillery to destroy the machine guns and the three headquarters in the town, then on the right side of the map, build as many 17 lbrs as you can. You can lure the German supertanks out one by one and use concentrated 17 lbr fire on them. Keep your tanks out of it, the game doesn't care how many 17 lbrs you lose. Use bren gun infantry to paralyze an enemy tank while it's under 17 lbr fire. Make sure that you have 15 pop cap points so you can build 5 17 lbr guns on the right side, the German tanks try to escape that way. The Tigers are impervious to artillery, the Jagdpanthers are not. 17 lbrs and Piats are the only things that do damage to the supertanks. A few well placed mines help too. Use engineers with the repair feature on the 17 lbrs when under fire and it will take three hits from the Germans to destroy them. When three of the four German supertanks are destroyed, the lone survivor tries to escape off the right side of the map, whether you destroy him or not, the game is won when the Germans abandon the town, not when you take the flag.
When I did this mission I lost all my tanks with one and dones and than had to fall back to my base and set up anti-tank inplacements and the king tigers and jagtigers came to me. After that I just walked in and captured the flag. I got the badge because I only had five tanks.
When ever the tigers attack you you should get the fireflies to the trees and flak em and get sappers to distract the jadgpanther and king tigers and flank em with fireflies and when it fails just give em 25pounders
Dude establish the trucks near a supply point to maximize the supplies,also never go tanks vs tanks with SS.use artillery first to soften them.I always use howitzers to bombard large tank until they are very low on HP,it might be a very slow process but better than losing all your tanks

If I remember right, I just sent one tank to scout the place, and when it was one shot by the tiger, I just used artillery to clear out the city
