@@HannanNadeem-we6zl I’m sorry you experience social anxiety. I can also get it as well sometimes. But I think it’s just finding the sweet spot of pushing ourselves to socialize in the moments we don’t want to but maybe have some capacity to overcome it and making sure we don’t push ourselves too hard so that the anxiety is too overwhelming. Then, the moments when we’re really craving for socializing - act on it! I’m glad my video inspired you. Have a beautiful day!
