    Every recipe I've seen for this bread calls for pinching off small pices of the finished batter, dipping them into clarified butter, and then placing them in concentric circles in the baking dish to bake. This is much simpler, so thanks to Mrs. Yochi for demonstrating it, and thanks to you for posting it and telling us more about this cuisine that is little known in the mainstream culinary world : )

      Hi Tam, there's 2 types, the pull apart one and the whole one, this is the whole one, you are referring to the ones that break off. You could probably replicate it with margarine I guess. But thanks so much for stopping by

      200°c or 400°F for between an hour and a half to two hours
