  • Please be advised:
These dogs are well socialised and
    introduced in a controlled setting.
    Their interactions differentiates from
    untrained and unsocial dogs.
We do not recommend to allow
    dogs to continue such interactions
    without professional experience
    at reading dog body language.
We condemn any harm to dogs.
    Hope you enjoyed how fascinating
    dogs are.

A GSD will never dominate a husky. Huskies never surrender and have a bite force 50% greater than the GSD. If that got out of control, the GSD would be badly injured.

Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Shi Tzu, Shiba Inu all share significant amounts of genetic materials with the wolf. However the dog that is most closely related to the wolf via genetic make up is a dog that few would realise.
    It is the Afghan Hound

what would've happened if the GSD didnt want to join the pack after failing to become the new alpha ?

There is no such thing as “alphas” or “omegas” in the dog or wolf world. Pack hierarchy has been proven false. Wolves and dogs work in packs that are similar to human families with the “alphas” or leaders being the parents and the rest being their children, brothers, aunts, sisters, uncles, and elders.
As for the dogs in this video, the GSD is being a bully (not dominant) and is trying to pick fights with other dogs. He’s going around basically telling other dogs that he’s tough and can take on anyone. The husky is not having it and is defending himself and the malamute. The malamute does not want a serious fight to break out and is trying to separate both dogs. They are not trying to fight over who’s “alpha”. Think of it more as 3 people at a bar and one guy is being a jerk to everyone. While 1 other guy is telling him off and getting in his face and the other guy is trying to break them up.

@@ShadowTheDemonWolf77 You are ridiculous in your rationalization. You are trying to distinguish equivalent behavior patterns, they differ only in intensity, depending on the environment, in this case civilization, which controls social relations and regulates the extreme manifestations of primitive methods of clarifying relations within a social group.
These dogs are simply civilized, just like those people in the bar.
Remove the Internet and electricity and you will quickly see how those people in the bar and uncivilized dogs or wolves will act more cruelly.

Here’s my question, you knew that the GSD was being rude and had bad manners. But instead of tell the owner that he needs to separate his dogs from yours, or you just separating your dogs and walking away, you allow them to continue to interact and essentially create a high stress situation for your dogs. Why?
Why didn’t you leave or tell the owner he needs to control his dog better? Why force the interaction?
Crap like this leads to fights and creates very unnecessary experiences for your dogs. Dogs don’t need to interact with other dogs as much as people think they do. Dogs were made for human interaction not other dogs.

He said because they worked it out themselves. Which is true in this case, but I agree with you. The owners of all the dogs involved are lucky their dogs handled it without a fight happening. In most cases, this won’t happen-most dogs honestly don’t have the social skills that these ones in the video do. I find it irresponsible for the video to advocate for dogs to just “work it out”. Serious fights happen at dog parks every day, clearly those dogs didn’t just “work it out”. Dog owners should be aware of body language (at least the creator of this vid is) and how to prevent and stop a fight. At dog daycare, these interactions would have been stopped immediately by the staff because it could easily lead to a fight. Also we shouldn’t expect our dogs to have to defend themselves and correct other dogs in every situation-owners should know how to step in and help our dogs out! It builds trust between dog and owner. The husky comes to the rescue cuz he knows the owner won’t 🙄 don’t go to the dog park. So many other better things to do for your dog.

A shepherd is a dog that follows orders, unquestioningly and precisely, an artificially bred epileptoid for human needs.
A husky is an explosive creation not for orders, but for survival in the difficult conditions of the north, based on the instincts of social dominance, an artificially bred schizoid/psychopath, although still for human needs, when a good "surgical" tool was needed for one specific task. Therefore, this breed has certain costs in behavior, some people like them, some do not.
    And not a multi-tool like a shepherd.
