Honestly you barely touched the surface... the University is vast and so diverse. Halls of residence on the other side of the Downs, Goldney Hall overlooking the city, The Students Union and so many departments scattered all over the place with cozy gathering spaces outside. One of the best things is the culture of walking from place to place and finding yourself on shopping streets, in historic buildings, and public spaces and leafy residential areas. Bristol University life makes everyone feel part of the city and so many students choose to return here in later life, grow businesses and raise families here. Almost a third of Bristolians are people that have moved here from other places.
