Genuinely curious, how are you getting that "rapid disassembly" of the rocket? It looks like fireworks going off. If its some sort of violent abort thats amazing but if its completely random/accidental thats even funnier
@@Nuke-MarsX well yeah ive seen them plummet into the ground at mach fuck and explode into a trillion pieces: th-cam.com/video/bvim4rsNHkQ/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/JC5KPa_1YkY/w-d-xo.html
Are you using the Kal 1000 to make sensors? If so, how? I've been trying this exact mission profile on my console KSP version and I can't get the flight similar enough to each other to rely on simply timing the engines to turn on and off for landing.
Yes, they are 2 Kal-1000s fighting. The first set to play and the second set to hold the first ones play position. Jamie Logan Aerospace explained it better in this video th-cam.com/video/mqm9ZKuK3tQ/w-d-xo.html

It is a flight termination system. When triggered, it deploys the fairings and shoots fireworks at the fuel tanks to explode them.

Is this tuned steps type automated or algorithmic?
Tuned steps. I am working on a new variant, with a single use altitude sensor, to tell it when to flip, to make it less likely to crash.
