Excellent product, but I have several questions before buying. Will this work for my 2008 Yukon XL? With the Beuler Adapter connected, will I be able to watch video from my phone to my dashboard screen and the overhead screen on the 2nd row of the vehicle? If the iphone is not being used, will I still be able to use my DVD system, Nav System, and Backup camera? Thanks.

That's because we answered those questions in the actual video. If you have a factory stereo, it's a 99.99% chance that you don't have RCA AV inputs. If you have an aftermarket stereo with RCA AV inputs you'll be able to do this. All the questions of people commenting their specific factory system/vehicle have their answer right there in the video. We also don't know what the rear connections of every make model and year vehicle in existence looks like. There is no database for that information. But we do know they don't have RCA AV inputs.

will be visiting your site looking for ideas. i have a 2016 base model (sr) tacoma with stock 6.1" entune head unit. i have no problem with the sound but now i wish i had more of the features of the premium entune systems in higher trim tacos. ideally i could get a deal on a premium entune head unit off someone who just replaced theirs with an aftermarket head unit, but the dvd/video, nav, and screen mirroring capabilities and prices along with the ability to keep factory entune head unit features is tempting me to go after market.

Installed it and it malfunctioned using a Samsung S8 plus. Wouldn't go full screen when flipped. Kept getting error messages claiming I needed to download android file share to connect to an apple device. It seems as though this is primarily an apple product that kind of works with android. I'm guessing they have yet to work out the bugs for android phones. I was asked to send the unit back for a replacement as it shouldn't be malfunctioning in that manor. I'll update when I receive the replacement. It's a pain to have to tear up my dash and rewire yet again, but hopefully it was just a faulty box...

That's true it is meant for backup camera, but you can technically use that to mirror! However, no audio will transfer

I HAVE A PIONEER AVH-1300NEX , So are you saying that the buler adapter is the only 1 that will work ? I SAW ONE OF YOUR VIDEOS a few weeks ago about mirroring I already owned that iPhone too HDMI adapter(didn’t know where it was tho) after finding it I ordered a RCA to HDMI HOOKED UP AND GOT . BUTKIS .. IT NEVER WORKED ,I CANT EVEN GET THE FREAKING CARPLAY TO WORK , Bluetooth is all I’m getting .. don’t get me wrong CarPlay worked a handful of times right after the initial install back in June I figured it was the iPhone cord I was using so I bought a better cord took a iPad 4th gen I had sitting around mounted in the truck so that it was always stable my phone I was plugging and unplugging I felt that’s what ruined the cord , anyway I usb with a strong threaded cord pulled the radio out and plugged the USB in And plugged the RCA (red/white/yellow )TO HDMI ,AND NETHER ONE works CarPlay or Mirroring . Is there somthing in the setting I’m missing , as I watch the video you go into to turn on the A/V source ,When I do that I hit A/V there is what looks like a pic of the USB it’s at the bottom all the way to the left. But on your screen its at the bottom to the right .,what am I doing different? Full disclosure the geniuses that did Teri steal did bypass the E brake ... help me out please,,,
Ok if Carplay isn't working I would definitely contact whoever you purchased the stereo from or Pioneer, see about getting it replaced. Which iPhone are you using? And you bought the Beuler adapter from us? Also, what brand is the lightning digital AV Adapter? Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

If you have a factory stereo, you'll more than likely have to replace it with a stereo that has AV inputs, as factory stereos do not

Do they have anything now that does wireless screen mirroring with touchcreen that mimics touch on the phone so I don't need to look at the phone. No Android Auto as its limited in my opinion.

Ok I’m confused. It has power, ground and remote wires. So is the usb extension actually necessary for power? Asking because I have a usb connection on the front of my unit. So if I don’t have to have the exposed wire, I’d rather not.
Huh? No the USB extension is just it's easier to run the USB connection to your dash. The USB is the source of the mirroring not power

The back of my Kenwood DMX7017BTS only has 3 red RCA's, 3 white RCA's and then it has a Yellow Video out RCA and a Yellow Rearview Camera would this still work could I use either of my yellow RCA's or are they both video out?
The Rearview Camera is a video input. So this will technically work, however, audio won't transfer

Unfortunately if the radio doesn't natively support screen mirroring you will not have phone control with the radio.
