your brutal honesty on Universal really is refreshing in a sea of Uni shills who just want Disney to die. I really mean that, OG. You're the best kind of entertainment fan.

Super Nintendo World is cramped, but to be fair about the new Mario power up Cafe in USH. Universal Studios Japan also has their Mario Cafe outside of SNW. It is located in Japan's Hollywood Street / main street area. However Japan does have Yoshi Snack Shack in the land which is a plus.

OrangeGrove 55. Lad's, Well one year on who would have thought. Two problems with the land ( there could be more) it's very claustrophobic and airless when you are in the area. For the main attraction there's to much back and forth queuing. Ground level, upstairs, inside the building. It's like a cattlerun at a meat works or you feel like Refugees arriving at "Ellice Islands." They had the same queuing system. The props along the way are laid out simular to "Runaway Railway" but not as good in the overall asthetic. On an annual school report it would say, "Must try harder." Cheers, Chris Perry.

After seeing this video and recent reviews of dreamworks land, I don’t really think universal is investing their money in the right places. They really need to invest in the upkeep of their rides/parks rather than building a new flashy thing and then walking away from it. It’s making some people nervous about epic universe. Because once that opens, the other parks are going to fall apart even more.

OG crew making a great show again. Super fair and unbiased. I still thinks its crazy only after one year that the land has to go down for a refurb, is that normal? I don't think galaxys edge has ever gone down for a significant refurb since it opened. I'd be upset if I traveled all the way to Hollywood and Mario was closed. Here in AZ they have Mario Billboards all over town

The land does not have to go down for a significant refurb (and no one stated as such) and certainly Mario Kart is not doing that. The land itself will get a refurb as in a deep cleaning and fixing and ? Blocks that get smashed all day but it will remain open for everyone to enjoy. Those refurb elements will happen overnight or before or after park hours

If there was a Nintendo theme park here what I would put into it.
Pikmin play ground: play in the world of the Pikmin is it derivative of the Bugs life playground and the Honey I shrunk the kids areas? Absolutely but thats the most efficient way to use that IP.
Since theme parks love the interactive shooter ride have Metroid be that.
Luigis' Mansion have it be like Universals Spider-Man ride a mixture of sets and film.
Pokemon give then a log flume with lots of Animatronics sort of like the game Pokémon Snap.
Kirby can be your classic darkride that starts friendly and ends with nightmare fuel just like the games.
Zelda would probably work as a darkride.
Mario and DK can keep their actual attractions I'd probably want Mario Kart to be a bit faster tbh.

As I have stated before while I do not dislike or hate them and wish Universal all the best when it comes to their theme park; but I have little if no concern as to what happens to them. I love Disney theme parks and find it irritating that Universal fans will not call out Universal when Super Nintendo World in Hollywood is already in need of a little refreshment. What makes this worse is that it has only been a year and I think they should have tested the materials to the California elements before implementing them into the land. That being said if this was Disney every Universal fan would be laughing about how cheap Disney is becoming.

toontown still has an element of the land closed to guests a year after it opened
