    I had a 22hp Mahindra and to keep my 3-pt arms in, the lower lift pins for bush hog were reversed to the inside rather than the outside. It may help clear your backhoe mount a little better. It also gave me a bit more ability to keep the swing links/turnbuckles a little looser to allow the bush hog to swing a bit more freely if it needed to (and was easier to hook up with them looser).

    Looks great! The GC's are amazing little tractors. People are shocked at work I've done with mine.

    You can take a torch to lower the therd arm and get more lift.

    Good video, can the music, I'd rather hear the tractor run

      Thanks for the advice, I agree with you. The only problem is when the speed of the video is increased, the tractor sound gets distorted. At normal speed, this video would have been over an hour of footage, so I sped it up and added music since the normal audio is no good at high speed. Any idea how to solve other than posting long videos?

      @@NeudorferFarm Get a couple of cameras, preferably the same brand/model. Set the 1st camera up on a tripod to grab the whole scene; use the second to get different angles, get closer or onboard the tractor/mower shots. While editing, use the 1st camera and its sound track. Lay the 2nd cam footage over the top and mute its sound. Then alternate between the two, taking the most interesting "shots" from both. If you have help, you could mix in a drone shot from time to time but its not necessary. Play it all at regular speed and it will sound right. Cut out boring parts if it gets too long. The shots taken on the tractor will sound the same because it will still be the sound from the 1st camera. It doesn't have to be the same model of camera but the video will stay sync'd better if it is. Different "cheap" cameras will likely become unsync'd as the video moves along and you'll have to resync them.

    Why all of the backing up ???

      Less wear and tear on the tractor. The front steering cylinders and rubber tie rod boots are low and unprotected. I also built a shield for my hydraulic filter and trans cooling fan under the tractor for anything that can kick up under the middle of the tractor

    Drill a hole in the back of deck to let the water out

    • @NeudorferFarm
      @NeudorferFarm  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I thought about doing that but then the water will get on the underside of the deck where the paint gets worn off and increase the corrosion rate. I will take your advice and try to drill a horizontal hole through the flat plate that frames that section; as close to the deck as possible. Just not sure I can get the drill close enough due to the chuck. I’ll make a short if I can make this work. Thank you

      @NeudorferFarm buy a longer drill bit it will allow you to get closer to the deck at a slight angle, or a snake drill might help you get tighter to the deck. get
