One note I wanted to add with Riding shotgun is that for me, I got the Blue Ridge Headwear/Mask with only 3/4 cargo. I think the cargo just greatly increases your Chances when you collect it, in case anyone was going for it.
TIP if your chasing the longshoreman, hunters, clean spacesuit and helmet, clean straight jacket you can get TWO possible spawns at Charleston Station by going onto BOTH bridges at either end to trigger the random encounters. Now, about that red asylum uniform…at about 800+ trips and no luck lol

I had a few Civil War era articles of clothing before I found this video. Since then, I have seen one person wearing the Blood Eagle Demon, and I have the tattered mole outfit. What would the Mole outfit sell for altogether? Same for Spacesuit.

If you log on to a private server will these still spawn? Sometimes private server can be a little different than public. You should also one day tell people about the outfit recipes you can have randomly spawn in many locations. Took me a long time to get all the Halloween and civil war outfit recipes. On a side note I must be pretty lucky because I've gotten the skull lord mask and outfit to spawn many times in daily ops. I usually just sell them outside of the one I keep for collection.
:note to everyone who sees this: the skelly outfit has a glowing varient and it looks pretty cool trust me i have it my self. :note2 since i feel like shareing this fact i like: boath skelly mask glowing & non glowing pair well with most oufits in the game so mix and match and see what cool combos you can get.

You can also find the Civil War Outfit and Hat at the museum in Helvetia. I ran across it while doing Faschnacht.
Did my first Daily Op run with full party. Was able to get the head piece to drop and was gifted the body piece during our run. 😅
I bought the blood eagle skull lord outfit for 1k caps last week off a players vendor, gotta get the helmet now :)
Keep server hopping, some dudes sell them for about 200 caps while some sells them for 15k

Took me about two weeks of dedicated traveling to get the Red Asylum dress. It can be done.

The Glowing Skeleton set was a Nuclear Winter reward. Now you can only get it through trading or vendor hopping. Good luck.
