ciel222 these buildings/apartments are already taken by construction projects or will be in the future.... even the torn up abandoned houses are getting replaced. There have been more projects then there were 4 months ago 😄

I remember back in the 1950's Tv shows came from LIC...After awhile it went down hill..For years the place looked like crap..Now They're building back up, and the place is going to get expensive to live..Now is the time to buy in..

I used to live there. My address was 33-43 14th street in a co-op called Queens view west. It was the worst time of my life. Now I live on Whidbey Island; the best time of my life. I pity all of you who live back there.

Yes! Ive stayed here 2 months ago and already beautiful buildings have been built. The courtyard hotel is so gorgeous! I really love places like that!

NYC has gotten so much nicer over the past few decades.

What you dont like about NY? Although LIC is a little different from the rest of NYC and Queens. Its a bit more commercial.
