any DAW you could set this up pretty easily. i use ableton, and automate the tempo in the increments i want on the master track. you can also get dedicated ramping metronomes/ apps that do that but they usually create a smooth ramp rather than the tempo increasing in increments. Glad you found it helpful!, you can also play the exact same notes with pure legato or pure altenate picking if you like
The great thing about this, forget the legato and it helps your alternate picking even further.
