The models are amazing, BUT, the poor customer service from ScaleArt ruins the experience. It takes them months to reply, and there is such a lack of passion and interest in the products and customers… SAD, because I’m sure the engineers and model makers at ScaleArt are passionate.
Really? I highly doubt a company that makes a $6500 USD RC rig, built like Swiis watch, is passionless about their product, get real ! 🤣
