That's the reason why we must have an alternate options instead of focusing only on how to score Government Jobs because now Government (both Central and State) are adopting & investing their capital in Technology and outsourcing similar to their Private counterparts inorder to reduce the manpower, so that they can reduce the financial burden and invest the same for Advanced Science & Technology, infrastructure development and welfare. We aren't living in a Socialist era and Government only can't provide jobs, food and other needs to the entire 140 crore population

Another reason is 20th Century Colonial + Socialist mentality by our First Generation (Grandparents) and Second Generation (Parents) where they force their Kids/Grandkids to focus and apply only for Government Jobs, may be that would be the reason for increasing unemployment in India with less skill or no skill
