How to Change Vanes in SECO Vacuum Pumps

Over time, the vanes in a dry-running SECO rotary vane vacuum pump wear down. Our maintenance video will show you how to exchange the old vanes for new, replace the filters, and clean the inside of your vacuum pump.
A Busch genuine service kit provides everything you need for an easy vane change. Or we can take it off your hands - contact our Busch Service experts and let our global team carry out the maintenance for you.
Please note: For SECO model numbers between SV 1010 and SV 1040, you can easily change the vanes yourself, as shown in this video. If you have a different SECO model, vane replacement must be carried out by a Busch service technician.
