if you liked this video and God’s Menu, i’d definitely recommend watching their videos from the beginning. Their entire concept is one huge story line and there are some references in this video to older mvs.

better than just reacting
(Correct me if I am wrong! :D) I got this from another video but it generally helps when watching Skz mv's but SOME of their music videos are meant to blend together into a story. They started off with Hellevator which was the stray boys at their darkest point. Hitting rock bottom with nothing. But the end of Hellevator it shows a whole new world, new opportunities, a twist to their dark misery.
We then have District 9 which is the boys locked up and feeling trapped (being controlled to make certain moves and fit in) when they decide to escape and reform themselves.
Grow Up is finding their struggles continuous and asking for help
My Pace represents the stray boys realizing they are different and need to progress at their own pace instead of feeling pressured to mature and be "perfect" asap.
I am You is a message of "I felt your pain and I know how lost you are, I am with you, I am discovering myself too"
Miroh (imo plays well with District 9) where they are broadcasting their escape, their "freedom" and are on a search to seek those who are still lost.
Side Effects represents consequences and struggles while on their search (possibly questioning if they are right)
God's Menu has all these people with careers who (like in My Pace) forced themselves into that "perfect picture" but still struggle with themselves. They seem confident but question if they are in the right path for themselves "LOOKING like a chef i'm a 5 star Michelin."
We are currently on Back Door (which at the end of God's Menu is showcased by a bright neon sign in a dark room) and going through the back door equals going to a new chapter. Your escape. New opportunities or the light at the end of the tunnel which explains why the NiziU girls, chefs, and scientists are back. But who knows, I could be wrong ;)

Just for reference for anybody who wanted to know:
At the end of the God’s Menu MV, they go out the back door that literally says: “Back Door” most Stays didn’t notice this at first lol
I’m pretty sure Back Door is a song saying that Stay can knock on Stray Kids’ back door anytime, implying that we’re like family and always welcome because we understand each other. We are connected through the music and anytime we’re feeling lost, we at least know where to find Stray Kids (at their back door) or through their music.
This is just my theory, but i’ve seen others have had similar theories to mine, so i thought i’d share 🥳🤷🏼♀️🤍
Ok.. so throughout the song the man with the black suit (the one who is chilling at the end) is always switching off lights( 7:24 / 7:27 )and stray kids are turning them ( 7:26 / 7:32 )on because they are rebelling against him and the system

The members disappearing on beat is a new thing as of Gods Menu and Back door! Its super cool!! The Stray Kids members didn't realize the special effects either until it was done as they did their own react to it too!

I love to watch reactors who are actually educated and experienced in the field. Watching a random person react to a kpop video just doesn't compare to watching a reaction from a video editor, musician, producer, vocal trainer, or dancer. I really like learning something new that I wouldn't have known or noticed otherwise. It lets me enjoy things with more depth.

The back door is basically stray kids helping others find themselves, and where the back door leads to is a safe place for stays, which is why the people from district nine, miroh, and gods menu. It’s because when stray kids felt lost, those people were around ig. So, stray kids are helping people who felt lost by inviting them through the back door. I’m not good at explaining so if doesn’t make sense, I’m sorry-
To me 'Back Door' is one of the 10 best video clips of all time (worldwide). SO SMART. And this choreography 🤯 so UNIQUE !!

So the guy in the back that was just chillin during the end that you were talking about? Like searching for room 1038 or something. If you go back through the video, every time the light turn off, he is the one that switched off all the lights, not stray kids. Stray kids are the ones that turned back in the lights.
My theory is that the 1038 guy (yes, he is now FOREVER 1038 guy) is trying to kill the party and stray kids is like “NUH UH can’t rain on OUR paRaDE” and turns back in the lights aka the party.

Wanted to point this out; I thought u missed it😁. But seems like Felix disappeared through the back. I'm assuming it was a green screen and he went through the back creating a disappearing effect.
What I got was that the door is hidden for "VIP" but we're still invited (as vip). So we need to make the move; *because we all can go through the back door and become VIP...just need to take the step*

anyway i just wanted to add something that i recently noticed while rewatching the video, that on 5:32 you can see hyunjin doing the knocking part and the lights are also getting dimmed, totally synchronized with the choreo. the details in this mv are honestly insane like even if you watched it so many times you can still learn something new 😆
