In case of an additional port, we have to add it into "/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf" file. Even if there is no issue with systemctl start..command, httpd service will not work properly. Besides of SELINUX configuration, also required to double check whether firewalld allowed specific port/service through "firewall-cmd --permanent --list-all" command. Finally, recommended solution through SELINUX, there is lack of capability existing.. the solution is only focused on SELINUX configuration.
