In order to send IR for summoning a monster, you have to Fusion Summon it using a EH Neos. Otherwise, you can't send it. Also IF you can't use its effect of adding Favorite Card, make sure you: -Have a Favorite target in your deck. -In your game settings, make sure the propper button for effect activations is tilted on.
