thank you so much sir for the video. Unfortunately, it is still not willing to work. it gets recognized by my computer, shows up in the file manager, but gives me the usb red x in obs with the computer icon showing on my cam screen. i closed eos utility, i even deleted it all together, but it is not willing to do it. If you have a fix, please help a brother out. Btw, i am running win11
@@just_dave Thank you Dave for the reply. Nn the camera doesnt get detecte by EOS utility, even though it shows up in the file manager !! This is driving me crazy
If you are connecting through USB C the camera may not connect, The EOS utility acts as the bridge and I suspect it doesn't support USB C, I find I have to use the older USB types. To remove this from the equation if you are using a USB C connection on the Computer try it with the older USB ports and see how it goes. :)
still not working :(

Is it ok if I ask a few questions?
Does the image from the camera display in the EOS utility?
Are you using the USB connection or the HDMI?
