I did mismatched bridesmaids dresses and it was so fun! It was hard to match the dresses though - would love to see a video on how to style bridesmaids!

Definitely, there are so many options that it's easy to get overwhelmed. Thanks for the suggestion - bridesmaid styling coming up soon!

That overskirt is divine. I always thought I'd choose something really simple but seeing this has really made me consider a touch of floral.

It's so nice to have the option and with it being an overskirt, you can choose to take it off in the evening and have a completely different look! Maggie Sottero has an incredible selection of floral pieces but there are so many other designers that have gorgeous choices too!

I love the idea of having a floral veil! Can you recommend anywhere to get your veil embroidered?

It's such a perfect touch for Spring / Summer brides particularly. Hermione de Paula has gorgeous veils, I've also had embroidery work done with Rebecca Anne Designs who is just such a lovely person to work with and so talented - hope that helps! 🤍

Hi, Nazlee! For our beginning-of-spring wedding next year we are considering getting married in the evening because we don't want such a long day, four ours of party is enough for us, the ceremony at the church will be likely to begin at 5:30pm and by the time we get to the venue it will be like 7:00pm. Do you think we are missing out the season setting by doing it late? we are already implementing the rest of the tips on this video

Hey Isabella, oh it's such a perfect time for a wedding! Starting a little later in the day can actually work at this time of the year because the days will start getting lighter, but it is going to take from your evening party time a little. If this isn't a big deal for you, then that's fine. I'd suggest working through your timeline to see how much time you're allocated to each part.
When you get to the venue at 7pm are you having a drinks reception first? If so, I'd allow about 1hr-1.5hrs for this (this is also when you can take some couple and family photos!)
Then if you're having a three course meal with speeches included in that time as well, I'd suggest allowing 2 hours for this.
So, work it through and see how you feel about the timings. Let me know if you need any more help! You can always dm me on instagram 🤍

Yes, this is also such a lovely idea to preserve your wedding flowers for life! Is this something you're looking at doing for your own wedding?
