Hey Jeff, I believe the missing progress on the accident was with the witnesses. You normally want to ask for ID of anyone that's a witness even if that didn't see anything.

Here are some things that are greenlit for future development: - Garage for repairing vehicle. - Ability to check ID and fine / ticket a person after handcuffing. - Being able to signal traffic on how to avoid an accident site to avoid those massive traffic jams. - Pulling over someone with lights on doesn't cause the vehicle in front to stop in middle of road. - Our suggestion of being busy when dispatch calls you is greenlit! In a future update you can mark yourself not available to avoid that annoying dispatch spam. Too many times I am using controller to indicate and it accepts the call. - Improving pedestrians reaction to sirens / vehicles. Hopefully they can sort this one out to avoid those pedestrians running into your car and causing a failure. - Vehicle customisation. Unconfirmed how far you could go at this stage. - Street names / speed limits will be visible, bit like FiveM. I've also gone ahead and suggested more car variations, there's too many sedans (Crown Vic) models.

that first one would of been an arrest for dui hit in my town. also, most insurance companies urge you to never admit blame, even if you know its your fault. so playing dumb at first is what most ppl do.
I know it's just game balance issues but I thought it was funny that you were trying to do some more "low-key" community police work and look for a wanted person, but you couldn't do it in time because you were inundated with emergency calls because here in the UK the police are currently struggling to deal with routine stuff because they're overrun with emergency calls which require immediate response. The game is accidentally realistic haha!

Love the Crown Vics. Have one my self. Only thing is all of the lights for rear taillights are aftermarket LED Light sets. I believe Spyder XTunes. like $220 a set. Normally a two bulb full housing. Seems like the city payed extra for every crown victoria lol. 🤔
I wonder if there's a way to reduce the amount of times you get flagged, for ridiculous things like running a red (with lights and sirens). I know in some sims, you can turn off certain penalizing settings.
Hey Jeff each witness you interview ask for an ID for your report on an accident or anytime you interview someone to help with the progress bar! As you just found out accident report always goes to people involved before you tow away vehicles or even cuff someone for DUI or Drugs or it messes you up. Handle accepted call outs before you handle anything else you come up on first they always take priority could be a murderer.
My God I know this pain. I've been trying to get to an area to find drug traffickers, and these meth heads kept crashing into other cars. The only good thing is that it's extra SP.
Great video as always! Its awesome they are listening to the community and updating and fixing bugs. Not many games do that as you know. It would be nice to see them change the fact you get docked for walking on red, sometimes you cant wait for the light if you have to catch someone not to mention the amount of accidents. It would be cool to see some other random events added. The future of this game is bright

You shouldve frisked the first guy bc he was shaking. Although i have had similar cases where you could not completely fill the bar on injury crashes, i think its counting the people hit as a person involved and you cant interview them

22:40 you need to give them the accident report before you have the car towed. Same thing with arresting them. Once they are arrested or their car is towed you dont get the points for the accident report.
Yes but only on dee big ad's & they were in da middle on both sides of da roof on all N.Y.C Yellow cabs just as shown on dat white & green Crown Victoria/Interceptor taxi. Some other states required em like Jersey.
But never in dee rear. Only in dee middle of da roof. & they had to actuate on signals for a bare minimum. For em to work wit parking lights(a slight glimmer) is was up to the owner unless, shit changed after a certain year.

the Lights on top of the taxi's is to alert drivers that someone is exiting that side of the taxi. some city's require them but not all

Even when the accident witnesses didn’t see anything you can still ID them which boosts the progress bar a good amount.

You can turn off some of the things that reduce your CP points in the settings.
The second collision again you should frisk the shaking driver. Any time they give you those hints you should frisk

I enjoy this game, but the shortness of the patrol periods is so frustrating that it's put me off playing until they do something about it.
