There is no truly developed city in Nigeria and we all know that. Even some African countries now have cities that may compare to what you see abroad but in Nigeria, you don't have that. To say a city is developed, you must think of the level of infrastructure per citizen, education, security, transport, communication, electricity and water to all individuals and not a tiny fraction representing the elites. Compare Nigeria with north African cities and south Africa. Please we Re not in this league you are discussing.
