**1.) MR. MAGNITUDES, YOU AND YOUR VIDEOS ARE OUTSTANDING!***
**2.) The Los Angeles skyline is not even in the same league as the NYC skyline...even if when "borrowing the two GREATEST buildings to ever stand***
**3.) Your creativity and the videos you produce are greatly appreciated****
Interesting comparison with how high buildings get in NYC vs LA. LA's skyline, while still quite impressive and iconic, is so much shorter than I thought relative to NYC
even Chicago which is smaller than LA has a bigger skyline than LA
Magnitudes does it again! 😎👍🏼
The towers actually look really good in downtown LA!
Like larger brothers/sisters to the Century City pair by the same architect!
i think its due to LA having a nice dense core at its downtown
@@Charmedone9805Also most of the buildings in downtown are well under 300 meters tall, adding some contrast that makes the towers pop out
@Charmedonone9805 on either side
One on both sides
To bad that earthquakes make the idea of building towers as tall as the twin towers not as possible or more risky…
Imagine the earthquake-proofing techniques required if even possible LOL
The chief structural engineer of the twin towers, said that the wind load the towers experienced in NYC was greater than the earthquake load had they been built in La or in Tokyo.
