Cross Country Bicycle Tour - Exploring West Virginia - Seneca Rocks - Monongahela National Forest

- Hey everybody, In this video I will be headed southwest through West Virginia's Seneca Rocks and Monongahela National Forest Area. West Virginia is the 4th state on this bicycle tour. I rode through 19 miles of West Virginia a few years ago on my east Coast Bicycle Tour and decided I needed to go back and see what The Mountain State had to offer.

Yes it is. That section of WV is great, and just down the road from The Dolly Sods Wilderness.

Live in WV. It is beautiful. Not always the most bike friendly but they are working on it. Downhills are wonderful but oh the climbs!

I'm having a grand time watching your vids but alas, I'm heading out North Eastbound this next week from SoCal before it gets too hot. Looking at AZ, NM, CO & not sure after that. Bike's ready, panniers packed. Just have to turn in my cable box & modem.

Tim has said he wants to do a Philly trip. So if it’s towards the end of the summer maybe we can get him down here. But there’s plenty of time to figure that shit out. Stay safe brother. Meow

Love the videos! My legs get restless watching you on your adventure. Got my first trip of the season coming up in a couple weeks. Is that air horn you carry up front for naughty dogs?
Hope you have a great time on your adventure. The air horn is for dogs or wildlife. It was just an idea I had, maybe I could scare the animal away before I spray it with pepper spray. I haven't used it yet, and not sure if I need to really be carrying it. Oh well, its another non lethal form of protection.

I rode through Seneca Rocks late March early April. Still a bit chilly in those regions. Had a great time at Seneca.
Are you traveling through Kentucky or Ohio after West Virginia?
Im past Ohio and Kentucky quite a ways. Beautiful states.
