Agree with Gaj, glad you made the changes to chassis, also remember winching to have 30 seconds on, 30 off, give the winch and alternator some time to breath, but i'm sure you already knew that! :)

Yes, engine should always be running as you have, perhaps have a read of Ronnie's 4wd page, some good first winching advice he even says 20sec/20sec but i think you could go 30sec/30sec tops (depends on the load). Para tirar o efeito da alavanca .... as L200 da cet tem como se fosse um tirante que sai do topo da bandeja e trava lá dentro do cofre do motor ! Na longarina ... vou tentar tirar uma foto pra você ver ... pq atolado e com todo seu peso ... acho que os parafusos lá de baixo vão cisalha .... mas isso foi o que eu achei de ver só pelo que deu pra ver do vídeo !!! Logo te mando a foto !!! Parabenssssss pela parceria !!! Muito loko seu guincho... preto malvadão !!!! Rsrs
O mata cachorro da Delica tem 3 parafusos na parte inferior do cassis e 4 na parte superior, acima de onde instalamos o guincho. Os que Michaela aparece apertando são os 4 superiores. Não rola efeito alavanca porque o guincho tá no centro dos 7 parafusos, 3 embaixo e 4 em cima! Também reinforçamos as barrar por dentro com aço de 3 mm porque ele não foi feito pra aguentar a puxada. Acho que ficou bom! Mas depois vou testar um peso maior e ver como se sai!

Does WARN know how you have 'fitted' their freebie Winch? Winch is barely attached in loading terms. Also the winch thrustline is above the strongest mount point. It will fail by pulling down and away from the chassis. Delica must weigh over 2.5 ton. Winch could handle that but this build wont. Not a good look for WARN.

Please check your bull bar mounting brackets & bolts every time you use it as that bar isn't designed or mounted in a way to take the stresses of a fully loaded winch pull. The last thing you want is it failing catastrophically in a horrible situation with no way of repairing it. Unfortunately winch installs can be the worst modification to your vehicle on bull bars not designed for it unless done properly with a separate cradle mounted directly to the chassis & hopefully yours turns out to be on the better side of things.

We have redesigned the mounting points to the chassis and the bars which hold the pull to be a lot stronger and safer... but before and after every time we are to use it will double check. This is great advice. If it feels like it needs reinforcing we might end up building a whole new front bumper with a winch mount. Cheers!
I hate to tell you, but that will be good enough to pull you across a wet lawn. Sorry but that's just going to rip the bar off the first time your in mud, you need to do more research on this one.

Agreed you should seek out a company like arb to see if they can help out with a compatible bullbar for the delica
