MGK spotted a videographer filming the couple and immediately grew irate. Kelly shouted some choice words before aggressively approaching the videographer and starting an altercation.

Inside or on private property is a different story as that would be trespassing. Airports are open to the public and you can record anything the eyes can see as long as you are not physically in a restricted or private area.
