Jail time if children are not in school. Better build prisons to house thousands of parents. I see 100's of children walking around when they should be in class.

      Exactly!
Our prisons are already overcrowded. How does the ANC government plan to put thousands of parents in prison if their children don't attend school?
Another thing; when and why was the school-going age changed from 6 to 7 and changed back to age 6 again? What joke. The ANC government has published more legislation and legislative changes than any other government before them. Many of these pieces of legislation are simply not enforced and there is no way to ensure that people adhere to and abide by these laws. Again, what a waste of precious time and money (all derived from the tax-payers' pockets. Sounds very admirable in theory, however, in practice, I can't see it happening. Especially in Africa. So, think again and find a workable solution.

Why must childhood be spoiled with ugly sex facts. Let them experience different stages of life.

Lol its ridiculous threatening jail time by signing things into law and where criminals can roam freely and kill and murder there is such a contradiction here

Please do not implement this BELA Bill. Please do a proper update on this law making process in SA. We want our kids educated. We want homeschooling to remain legal and not over-regulated like BELA Bill could impose

For the bill to function, the government will have to renovate and build more schools in black areas. We cant all run to the so called coloured and white schools. These teachers are at a retirment age and are all taking early retirement.

Well if they get it right but I don't think so to get all the children in the school than once again they need to build bigger schools and must get more Teacher for sure

As a student who attended multi racial schools and gained broad knowledge in western languages I must say however we master languages of foreign to our own the perspective of how we get to be educated will be delivered in western philosophy yet I argue that in African oral ethnic language is just as educational to an african child. Arabs learn their realm in arabian language primarily so do the Russians do. The western philosophy of education is not the only best thing, there are schools in south africa who only learn in given languages will this policy also force parents to send their children to learn languages they don't prefer over their traditional language

My children all 4 of them went to school at at 7 years .... They all excelled and were a top achievers...
Children who start a year later especially boys, they cope much better and develop stronger leadership skills...

She lives in a fairytale world. Where will the money come from when 2500 western cape teachers will lose their jobs? I can speak multiple languages so that is not an issue. Why is there no push for mother tongue language.

This is a good bill. Our children are growing up ignorant. Then they can't do the job properly and they get hired by the ANC

And you must not let the white elites fool you as I can see they already have, read between the lines here, in the video she mentions UNITed Nation's go do your research they the world leaders sold our country to China they the elites run the show, getting educated according to their standards is exactly what they want, go do your own research whilst you still can. They made racism up as a mind game to rub different cultures up again each other so that we fight and focus on the wrong thing that way they get the job done without lifting a finger ( we do their dirty work for them) all mind games , and in the end a one world order. I pray your eyes open
