    That shortened JK just looks AMAZING. Reminds me of the jeeps I used to see on TV or driving around town when I was a kid back in the 70's and early 80's...
    And now I feel old...

      +Weary Man I would say it looks like an convertible Ford Bronco, I would of go easier on the reds by using a better looking rims but it looks fun!

    By far the most interesting feature of this video is the geology of the area. The exposed sandstone strata and examples of differential erosion are simply breathtaking. It's got to be a tilted ocean floor.

    Can't wait for the drive video's. I like the FC150 and yes the controversial Commanche. Can't wait to get my 85 Grand Wagoneer on the road. After watching this video, get the feeling 32's are not enough to hang with these concepts.

    I love my Silverado, but to me it's just a truck. Cars are cars and trucks are trucks. but a Jeep is a Jeep. Jeeps are the only vehicles that I genuinely have a passion for. I just wish they produced all of these.

  • @MrKeyboardCommando
    @MrKeyboardCommando 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    The Comanche is great. It looks wonderful, has all the necessary running gear, and is a sensible size. The orange and white pickup is exactly right for its purpose. Small, nimble and with enough load space for some hay bales and a couple of pigs. When they built this, they understood exactly what was needed and provided it.
    The rest of the stuff is just the same old same old. It could have been shown any time in the last 50 years. Just changes in style and no progress made.

    • @aaazzz9040
      @aaazzz9040 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +MrKeyboardCommando but it's certainly okay when Land Rover did it huh? That Defender was just tech ridden. Keyboard Commando Someone who acts tough behind a keyboard online, but can't say the same things in real life.

      +Aaa Zzz What are you blethering on about, you incorrigible oaf ? Even an idiot like you should realize the Defender differs from the Jeep in two major ways. Firstly, the Defender is no longer in production, and, secondly, when it was made, it worked.

    love the jeeps great fresh ideas in a copy cat world it's nice to see people thinking out of the box again.the trailcat is the best followed by the red jeep.I'm now a fan of the front clip on the comache but the rest of it is good.

  • @Mauser1965
    @Mauser1965 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    I hope Jeep brings back the small form truck (Comanche), but it would be nice to see the full-size series like the Grand Wagoneer and J series trucks. Diesel should be an option for all of these, along with a manual transmission as a choice. Meanwhile give us the choice of a pure simple basic and clean vehicle, with less plastics and electronic garbage that will fail.

  • @MultiPurposeReviewer

    Don't call it a Comanche. That's taken. I was hoping to see a Gladiator prototype.

    kaiser for the win!! followed closely by the forwad control... make a bare bones simply one for uk and stick a simple 4bt or something in it would sell by the thousands. now that land rover has stopped defender production. keep it under 20k pounds. winner right there

    I wish they would bring some of these ideas to the real market. I have a 4 door Sahara JK and yeah they're cool but really boring too. If they would put some of these things into production even of limited runs then I (and I think many others) would love Jeep so much more.

  • @rogermetzger7335
    @rogermetzger7335 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    "Ostensibly" this exercise is to find out what "real jeep guys" (the ones who go to Moab) would like Jeep to begin building.
    I suspect that isn't the "real" reason". I suspect it is to get us to drool over one or more of the concept vehicles and then, because they aren't available, go buy the closest thing that is actually available--a bone stock Jeep.
    OK. There might be another reason--to sell parts trough MoPar.
