The delortos already have a built in fuel filter at the inlet fitting, underneath the bolt on cover. But an in-line filter is always a good idea.

Completely agree with Timothy's comment. Thank you for making this video as it was really informative. I wanted a TRS (w/ Xtrack kit) but as they are imported as a '49 state' bike it became clear that the complexities of buying one here in the Land of No Fun (CA) wasn't going to be worth it. [I spoke directly with the importer about this - Jim Snell.] I ended up finding a new prior year TXT 300 out of state and then patiently shopping to find a GG Contact fuel tank and seat to make my own Xtrack like kit. It appears that we have similar intent for these as I think of/utilize mine as a technical trail bike first and a club trials bike second. BTW, I can confirm what you've heard about starting - definitely not the easiest bike to kick.
Thanks again for making the video - it was great!

I saw one of these for the first time where I picked up my Electric Motion Escape R. Looks like an interesting bike. Never heard of them before.

Your spot on with how there really isn't any good in depth videos on these and thank you for making one! I feel like everyone stopping by here has the same idea of having a e start trials bike that can get through some tight single track, I know I do. I'm really hoping they make these for a few more years. It seems like these crossover bikes come and go so often! Would be interested to hear about some real world riding impressions with single track.

Agreed, they seem to come and go, the Scorpa/Sherco T and X rides were pretty neat looking bikes, but basically impossible to find. The KTM Freeride (the gas powered ones) are still plentiful enough, I'm not a big fan of the lack of a kickstarter though, and apparently the starters are known weak points to boot. I am almost considering a 2020 XTrainer that I can plate and use for doing more forest road exploration type stuff with occasional trails.
I've taken the XTrack on a couple rides so far, nothing super technical at this time, but as expected it does very well. Stay tuned for riding videos hopefully in the coming months.

@@PNW_Trials_AdventuresDo you still have die "leaking gearbox vent hose" problem? My 24 modell is pushing it out like crazy

Thanks that was really informative. You pointed out some details I didn't notice at the dealer. Your comments on sitting on the seat was also informative. I've been debating selling my X -Trainer and getting an X-Track, the closest dealer has a 300 in stock. Post how it works as a single track bike. Please keep the X-Track videos coming.

I've taken it on a couple rides so far, as expected it's a scalpel on the trails. The seat turns out to be mildly usable for cruising roads but that's about it. I do plan on making some riding videos, hence the name of the channel, but I need to get a decent camera that takes video worth watching.

Can you show some pictures of adults sitting on the bike? How comfortable are the knees?
I'm interested in having a trail bike that I can take out inexperienced friends on. EStart and a seat are key for that. I'm not a good enough trials rider to require the cut out seat.
Thanks for the in depth review. I'm surprised TRS hasn't done more marketing material about this bike, it looks really interesting.

Did you consider the Honda Montesa 4Ride? Or you think this is a better bike for your use? I would think the 4T would be better.

Montesas are great bikes, but the 4Ride is not sold in America, I'd have to source the parts to do it. I could live with either engine, but the electric start is the tie-breaker.
