Super cool tech with some teething issues. I hope this will eventually bring some great footage to you guys. Unfortunately the GoPro footage from this portion of the ride was filmed in narrow FOV and is unusable except for the audio.

Thank you so much for making this video! It was really informative and gave me some great ideas. I have a 150 and a 24' 501 so it's mandatory for me to have some extra fuel. I really like how you set your fuel bottles up! Thanks for posting the links also!
What is the displacement?
Very cool Video! I´m on a Monteas 4ride. I like this type of bikes.
For your further problems with the sprag clutch springs, try to find of the same dimensions from ordinary oil seals. I did it with KTM 525 sprag clutch few years ago and it has been working since.
Hello, interesting channel, i think about doing some enduro riding (low and medium speed, no pushing too hard the bike on high speed) with my vertigo nitro. But don't you have over heating on the engine and brakes ? they are not made to ride 4 hours without stop.. Did you change something on suspensions ? And finally how much kilometres can you rich with your tank ? I hope injection will drink less fuel lol
As long as the fan is working, it does not overheat, even pulling very long hills. The rear brake on mine has only recently begun to boil on relatively short downhills. Being 2 years/200+ hours old, it was probably time for a change. It will be a while before I know if that fixed the problem, as I'm injured and will not be riding for a couple months.
@@PNW_Trials_Adventures Ok Thanks for anwsering ! wich you a fast recovery..
So would you buy another XTrack One E or go to something like the One R with tank and seat without the E start?
Have you guys seen any elk up there?
I wanted to add, getting parts from my dealer(Mossyrock Trials)/TRS USA has been a really good experience.
That's not many hours for needing to work on the starter spring 4 times. I was thinking of getting one of these because my right knee is messed up and its hard to kick with that. You saved me the trouble.
It's not a difficult job but it's annoying for sure. They need to come up with a better starter design. With any luck the o-ring I sourced will last, but I doubt it.
Have you ever tried to find a Sherco XRide 290? They imported them into the U.S. up till 2019 I think. I loved to have you do a comparo on TRS Xtrack and the Sherco. Love your vids.
Seen a couple for sale before and been tempted for sure. Thanks!
Been doing the old fanny pack with back pack thing but I think its time to change over. Great and helpful review. How do you like the little mini drone for follow video? It seems way cheaper than the $1,000 ones!
You can see some of my videos using it. Works awesome for open areas. As soon as you get into the woods it will hit trees/branches and crash.
I am gunna try the rattlers run classic trials event this year ..My first event I have a Honda tl125 that has been modified by a PO and now by me It has a heavy brass flywheel, a larger carb and I think it has been board by a long ago owner but who knows without pulling the head🤷♂ I have installed a Sammy Miller exhaust and huge foot pegs A buddy and I built a mini trials course in my backyard for practice We will see how I will do
Thanks for sharing exactly what I was looking for about the handgun. Do you think a Glock 20 would fit? It's 8.07" long, you said anything bigger than a G19 would be pushing it. G19 is 7.36"...Wondering if the pouch would close with the G20. Thanks!
@@208enduro I have a P80 G20, I'll try it and let you know.
@@PNW_Trials_Adventures awesome, I appreciate it.
@@208enduro So it will just barely fit if it's totally horizontal. Keep in mind my P80 frame is a little different, the OEM Glock frame might just be big enough to not work. IMO a big pistol is better off in a chest holster.
@@PNW_Trials_Adventures thanks for the response. I’m going to give it a shot and see how it goes. I don’t disagree about the chest mount. I’d prefer to keep it in the pouch so it’s not fully exposed to dust all day. I’m sure the pouch isn’t totally dust tight, but better than exposed I would imagine. Thanks!
Thats why I have a temp gage. 😁
I had one for a while but didn't like how it was mounted. It's back on now with a better way to mount it, but not perfect.
Can you showhow us how you mounted it@PNW_Trials_Adventures
@@timothydrake1030 I'm just at about 200 hours on the bike and it's time for an update video soon, so I'll included that.
@@timothydrake1030 It will not let me post them. I sent you them to the e-mail I had in my past communications on my modifications to my TRS X-Track.
10:50 c'est un magnifique endroit pour faire du trial, merci
How much fuel do you carry on any given ride?
Pretty much always have an additional 2 liters in my backpack. For longer rides, I use the tank bag which holds another 2.4 liters.
@@PNW_Trials_Adventures I have a 1.3-gallon fork tank on My TXT 300 that works on longer rides.
@@PNW_Trials_Adventures Love the videos you put out.
Going to Seattle Washington this Sunday from Texas. Riding monday true Thursday any recommendations for us, would love to start intermediate single track to hard. Thanks for you all help
I'm not from the Seattle area so I'm not very familiar with the riding up there, but I hear about Walker Valley a lot. Lots of stuff in the Little Naches/Taneum area as seen here, but be aware that there's a major fire on highway 12 south of there and it could be smokey depending on the wind. You'll probably wanna take I-90 and ride from the Cle Elum side, which I'm also not familiar with, probably start with Cle Elum Ridge trail, not Goat Peak.
Looks like fun! I’d never ride like that in street clothes though.
I've come to prefer jerseys and riding pants over jeans and t-shirts for riding, but none of us have any interest in armor and such, trials bikes are light enough and slow enough that's kinda hard to hurt yourself like the dirtbike guys often do.
Have you done anything to the suspension? Changed the fork and shock spring? Revalve?
I put heavier springs in this year, but that's it.
Was it worthwhile? Really enjoy your vids. Keep em coming
@@jcspc777 I think so, it wasn't as drastic as I was expecting but it was an improvement. Thanks for watching!
Trials bike looks like a great choice!
Dumb question?, what do you carry a pistol for, cheers Paul
I don’t know about him but I do as well for Predator animals in case you get caught in the mtns overnight, or have to walk out for some reason. Those are my main reasons
Cool drone. How much flight time do you get out of it?
About 10 minutes per battery.
Noice!
Loved watching this. I just bought a 23’ evo 300 4T after getting rid of my KTM 300 xc. It was like riding a 6’ ladder. It was set up really well with Factory Connection forks and shock and a bunch of other nice improvements but, couldn’t get my fee down on tight-slow stuff and would slow speed crash. I’m 69 now and have been riding since 1970. So, I got the Evo because of watching some vids like yours. I LOVE being able to keep single track riding in Montana with a reduced fear of crippling myself!
Awesome! I've only ever had trials bikes, I recently rode a TE300 and TX300, I know everyone says the 300s feel so small and light compared to other dirt bikes, but man they were so massive compared to what I'm used to, can't imagine trying to wrangle them on trails all day.
Did you consider the Honda Montesa 4Ride? Or you think this is a better bike for your use? I would think the 4T would be better.
Montesas are great bikes, but the 4Ride is not sold in America, I'd have to source the parts to do it. I could live with either engine, but the electric start is the tie-breaker.
We just did that trail the other way pretty brutal my 15yr old kid wasn’t pretty happy about it 😂😂
Hoping to ride it that way this year!
That trail appears to be only capable of being ridden in the direction you guys went when you have a few guys along to get the bikes up that last hill. Even on video it looks steep...
I think we'll eventually beat a line into it, but yeah it's really steep.
Great vid, love my Xtrack, I do very similar riding in New Zealand
very good ..greetings from Greece..I ride a vertigo...but i will jumb to an xtrack soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the comment! I recently spent about 15 minutes on a 22+ Vertigo 280, it was interesting, but I definitely prefer my TRS. 6 speed transmission would be nice though..
@@PNW_Trials_Adventures i do motoalpinismo and i want to have the tank with the gas..6 speed is Great
I APPRECIATE your videos Spectate when I can and enjoy 'riding along' with a good rider.
Bad ass
first time on that trail? I've only rode it once, going the other way.
Yeah, first time. I'd love to ride it the other way this summer.
The delortos already have a built in fuel filter at the inlet fitting, underneath the bolt on cover. But an in-line filter is always a good idea.
what drone are you using?
its in the heading lol nice ride
Awesome setup. I just got a WLF pack for my birthday. Wondering where you got those molle fuel bottle pouches? Thanks!
Link in the description.
I fixed it on my ONE XTrack 24' with an catch-can also. Waste of Time and nerves on a NEW BIKE 😢 Its a shame not to fix it on all models! But im sure the ONE models will get the new casings to when there stock ist empty
I gotta ask the trail name as most of them near Morton have the tons of downed trees you seem to be missing...
When it comes to lesser known places/trails, I prefer not to name them publicly, happy to chat in private. This is about 50 miles from Morton. Another place I rode recently that's about 20 miles from here was nothing but downed trees.
Beautiful area, is that mostly trials or is that single track open to dirt bikes as well? Obviously, not while a Trials event is going on :)
TSF is huge. Cedar Creek is pretty trials oriented. Diamond Mill is very close by and is single track oriented, much of it on the difficult side. Browns Camp has a bit of everything.
That was on the X-Track One with the seat and tank removed?
@@timothydrake1030 Yes.
What chest protector do you use with your pack? I love my pack but it doesn’t work that well with my Leatte 4.5 chest protector
I don't use a chest protector, sorry.
Thanks for the video. Nice to see how the vest can be set up and used. Curious, what are the fuel bottles? Brand and capacity size?
I see you provided the product link for the fuel bottle holders in your description. Thanks 😊
@@andrewbibo8165 The bottles are MSR 30oz fuel bottles.
I bet that was a blast on a trials bike!! It's been 14 years since I rode that trail on my kids ttr 125.
Great video, actually considering the trs xtract and nice to know the quirks! Seeing a lot of these in CO, but never stopped to ask these guys questions. Quick question though, how is the sitting down comfort getting to the trails? Im getting into trials bc i suck at enduro lol...but mainly the great crowd behind it! It takes a while for me to get to the trials playground and just standing up for 30min straight wears me out a lot!
Not very comfy. On a perfectly smooth road it's manageable. I've found if I use the seat too much, my ass will be sore for the next couple days. The longest continuous time I've sat was 8.8 miles over about 20 minutes on a paved road.
@@PNW_Trials_Adventures Thank you so much!
On s en tape du paysage, pas une vue de la moto
How recent was this ride?
This was Labor Day 2023.
I'm so thankful for your videos. What ended up being your final fix on this??
I plugged the factory vent with an M6 bolt and copper washer and used the new barb with a long hose up to the top of radiator with the stock breather tip. Zero problems ever again. The only time oil enters the breather hose now is if the bike is laying upside down.
Nice light weight kit. My Klim vest I tend too load much stuff at times.
I like the modularity...
Have you ever converted it to standard trials configuration apparently you just need the standard tank and it goes right on? I'm about to buy one and looking at the options I have going forward.
Yes I have, you can see it at the end of my first video. It comes with the trials tank,.
@@PNW_Trials_Adventures thanks man
