I always get this card for infidelity cheating or temptation. It may mean whoever is being read for, may be thinking of cheating or having an affair but they won’t be able to hide it, or handle juggling two lovers. The pentacles are like two rings, two relationships they may consider serious, however they’re deluded, only one is serious and one is a fling. Just my two cents (haha), but I read intuitively.
