Doing the rear brakes on the Mazda CX7 this is how I go about replacing them hope I can help others out. #mazda #cx7 #brake Music: Sugar Diabet Musician: WATERCAT URL: icons8.com/music
Excellent, very clear and instructive. I bought a CX7 that has been sitting in a field for 9 months. Trailered it home, changed the radiator, new tyres, lubes and battery and it started first time👍 Just had delivery of new front and rear discs and pads (they are both on around 3mm) and your video here is brilliant and will help me so much. Footbrake goes almost to the floor and I thought the cable was stretched as i didn't know the shoes were adjustable so thats another thing I now know. Damn thing still overheats occasionally despite bleeding and bleeding the coolant system and even removing the thermostat! (I have a new one to instal) Any ideas? Again, many thanks👍.
@@downtheshedwithbyron Mazda cx7 is a good family vehicle . by the way do you know what causes mazda to wobble at high speeds curves ?? Maybe sway bar links??
Yeah mate wife loves it High speed wobbles id start with tyre and wheel balancing then check all suspension bushing lower control arms ball joints etc Let me know how you go
Hi mate, just want to make sure if I understand it right. So leave the park brake off, if cant take off the rotor then use the screw driver to turn the gear to take off the rotor, after put the new one on, then use the screw driver to turn the gear back on until the wheel cant spin anymore, Am I correct?
@@downtheshedwithbyron cheers mate, Im about to change the bearing as well but really worry cant take off the old one, do u have any other tips in that case? thanks
@@downtheshedwithbyron to change the low beam . I have the back covers snapped and broken, retaining rings messed up . Basically the lamp just lays in there😂
I had to get the red bulbs instead of replacing the whole tail light. Brand new is like $450. The inside had burned tye lenses. Why duild something that's gonna melt?
"Thank you! Your explanation was clear and easy to understand."

Since I had my cx7 in for the brakes I just had the mechanic do the bulbs for me since I don’t have the space at my house to do any mechanical work.
Thank you for help
Not a problem mate
