I did the same program you did and I hope to go back. Salamanca is the best! Great tips!! Definitely don’t pack because you’ll want to bring back lots of stuff. Pre exchanging dollars into euros before leaving the states is a must. Mostly for taxi out of airports and train tickets/metro card.
Congrats! I’m an high school senior planning to study abroad next year using the help of scholarships and If you have any sort of tips for me please consider sharing it😊
I'm so glad I found your channel! I'm writing a romance novel and the characters study abroad for a month and I was struggling to write about Spain without going!
i got accepted to study abroad by a program called intern abroad HQ. Do you happen to know anything about them, because im starting to question if they're legit.
Thank you for this video. It helps me a lot to understand living in Barcelona. I am curious about entrance exams. I am concerned as an international student who has just started learning Spanish, how much difficulties do we need to face in entrance exams? I will apply 100% E-taught program, English Studies.
Could you please provide guidance on finding more affordable accommodation in Spain? The least expensive studio I have found so far costs between 550 and 1000 euros per month in a shared space. This seems costly, especially when considering the country's minimum wage. As an international student planning to come to Spain for my master's degree, the accommodations I have come across are charging excessive fees for accommodation reservations needed for applying for my student visa at the Spanish Embassy. I cannot afford to pay the above amount per month for a shared studio apartment in Barcelona. Initially, I thought I could find a place for around 300 to 350 euros per month within my budget, but it has been difficult to find. All the residences my institution connected me to in Spain are charging a minimum of 550 to 1000 euros, which is far above my budget. I really need to obtain a certified accommodation reservation to apply for a student visa as it is a requirement.
I have chose to study abroad in Bilbao/Getxo Spain for this next fall semester and I’m so excited, I really appreciate this video!!

Thanks for sharing. If you were going to move there, which city would you choose out of the ones you visited? Seville, Salamanca or Toledo?
I would say Salamanca! I loved everything about it besides the lack of diversity compared to other cities.
