I'm pretty sure it's good just by the ingredients that were used, but I don't think I would be able to eat it due to the texture. But when I saw it on a tortilla, I was all in. Looks great! It makes me wonder what else, besides tortillas, can be used.

White boiled rice goes perfect with that. And if you skip meat. It's all healthy and very nutrition diet. Specially good in winter.
