Being from PA and living in Colorado now…I miss fall in PA. Everyone gets all crazy about the aspens changing…they have obviously never been to the east during fall.
Every time I am in Nashville, FLY SOUTH is a must stop. Those guys are great, and their tying room is unbelievable. I always stock up when there. May I also suggest making a stop at Peg Leg Porkers will do you right. But, fishing Tennessee is definitely on our bucket list. Thanks for the cool video, and I can't wait to see South Carolina.
Great video and Fly South is a great place. I live in PA but visit Nashville a lot since my son goes to college there and I always stop at Fly South and then across the street for Hattie B's.
It’s been pouring rain here in northeastern North Carolina for a week and still raining today. Wind is supposed to be gusting up to 30mph tomorrow. The Roanoke, the Chowan and the Meherrin rivers are muddy as hell and out of the banks. Thanks as always for the GREAT videos. You guys are saving the day! Keep on keeping on!!!
Nicely done. Ended it in “A Ride With Clyde” & “Tailer Trash Sessions” country. Hope y’all find your way back someday. Don’t be strangers, East Tennessee has a whole lot more to offer!
The Smokies has way more to offer than what you experienced. I can see why you were taken to where you fished. One of my favorite areas to fish. It’s a numbers game and not a size game. But there is better locations too.
Excellent video! My father and I have a tradition of stopping at the IGA right next to little river outfitters before we hit the water :D Cool seeing you all in the flyshop I visit weekly and kudos for pointing out how technical this area is to fish! Why didn't they take you on the left side of that trail to shoot for some native brook trout like you mentioned you wanted to earlier in the video?
Let's GO!! we back baby - Can't wait for South Carolina
Can't wait to get to the fishing part and the brewery party afterwards. Nothing beats the Fall colors of the East, that's for sure!!!
The Southeast showed out for us on this trip! North Carolina & Georgia were near peak as we made our way through. And the fishing only gets better!
Grew up fishing the rivers and streams of East Tennessee. Good to see TN getting some love!
I'm moving here to Nashville and totally checking out this shop! I'm ready to get into Fly Fishing!

Couldn't agree more! South Carolina was an awesome stop on this tour.
Awesome to see Johnson City area in this video. Floating that same river in about a week.
Stopped in the Little River Fly Shop when I visited TN - great shop! Fishing the Smokies is something that I’ll never forget. 🎣
Great video. Loved seeing what each shop has to offer. Great comraderie!
Yep I recognize that "secret" Tennessee boat ramp anywhere
shhhhhh
Let’s go Byron! LRO taught me more about technical fishing than anywhere else

Some spots need to stay a secret
Indeed they did. Much love and much respect.
I enjoyed the event at Fly South in Nashville. It was cool to see my son and I. Looking forward to the rest of the video
Thanks for coming to the event!! Such a great community Fly South has.
Should come to Indianapolis. We have two great shops in the area and great auto racing!
Thumbs up!
Awesome.
Sick video boys! This is such a good idea for a video series and it was put together very well! Can’t wait for episode 2!
Man you all were 45 mins away from the best fly shop in SWVA! Stop by Virginia Creeper fly shop sometime!
Are you stopping at Dodson Fishing company in Travelers rest, SC?
We are! Stay tuned - we had a blast with them!
Love Blake’s sunglasses!! Which are those? Wanna get them 🔥🔥🔥
They are Costa - Rincon frames!
I noticed the Michigan plates on the flylords vehicles are you guys based out of mi? If so what part?
We are based in Colorado! Ford hooked up the vehicles for the tour which is why Michigan plates.
@@FlylordsMedia that’s awesome I’m based out west, but originally from Michigan. Definitely would be cool to see more fly fishing vids from there.
When are you going to do the driftless region of the United States.
Season 3 vote noted.
Fly shops in the south east are like seafood restaurants here in Wyoming. I stay away from them.
Cool video idea but it feels like a forced script
