I stopped going to funerals bc I want to remember my loved ones as they was alive it helps me cope
My grandfather on my mother's side was a very unusual man, and that was an understatement. He was a huge part of my childhood and one of the reasons behind my love for music. He passed from cancer a few years ago. On my father's side, I didn't meet my grandfather until 2009. It was another whole side of the family we never knew. Unfortunately, they lived in Arizona and we were in WI. So we never got to see them that much. My grandfather was really trying to make up for the fact that he wasn't in our lives. He messaged us every holiday and every year on out birthdays on Facebook. He loved history and wasn't afraid to show it in Bisbee, he acted in historical reenactments and gun shows. I only saw him 2 or three times in my life before he died. I would do anything for an extra two weeks to just sit and hear about their lives.
It’s incredible how the hit man changed there view when they met his wife and then she turned up at her own funeral and the husband was arrested for her attempted murder

These types of stories actually exists much more than the public is aware of. There are countless people who were pronounce dead & were actually alive that never made the news. Sometimes the person is so traumatized or in a coma type state that their vitals are so low you can't even get a record. Once it looked like my mom passed away since I couldn't see her breathing and didn't feel a pulse. Dr couldn't get a blood pressure reading and was ready to make the call. I asked for a positive confirmation and there was activity on my mom's EKG. If not for the EKG my mom could've been pronounced like she had passed when she didn't. She had a DNR so no heroic measures would've been used

There’s a story if I’m not mistaken it was in Mexico where one of the guests thought he saw the toddler move in the casket & of course everyone thought he was nuts or said maybe it was rigor mortise but toddler lived. Still alive , story was on the news about a month ago
That will be a blessing to see a loved one . The I would ask what it was like being dead then coming back to life.
Yea this thing does really happen in the world. I died once when I was in a coma at the hospital, and came back to life after 10 mins after they announced that I am dead. All I can remember is I was running inside a dark tunnel with people naked to reach the white light, the light down the tunnel was looking to close, but we keep running and can't reach to it. It's weird.

Ive heard about things like this since i was a kid in the 70s.Ive heard cofins have been dug up years later and they had tried to claw there way out of the coffin..finger nails ripped off..Hair torn out.

If I had the chance to be with the loved one for just two weeks I would spend every waking moment with them talking with them and that person would be my grandparents especially my grandfather I was so close to him spend 20 years now and I still mourn for him he raised me taught me how to be a man a father and I miss him everyday

The one case was probably the kid who sat up at his own funeral and asked for a drink of water purely on muscle memory, happens in the morgue too
This video reminds of a practice that was utilized In the 1800's. It was common to bury People with a bell on their grave that was attached to a string or rope. The other end was In the coffin with the "deceased". The cemetery worker keeping watch over everything would see or hear the bell, when it started ringing and would quickly respond. It makes sense because medicine hadn't advanced far enough yet to be absolutely sure some People had died. Now, I don't how it would work if it was a windy day. 😁😅

Something like this did happened. A young boy sat up ask for a glass of water. The after he drank the water He laid back down and he was dead again. Somewhere in South America I think it happened.

If my grandparents came back to life (my grandma died when you posted this video) I would visit them, but just say goodbye one last time. I kind of ruined the time I had to say goodbye to my grandma, but it’s fine. :p

So if people wake up during their own funeral this means they were simply dressed at the funeral home and no other services were performed by the mortician. Your body wasn't filled with embalming fluid, because surly there is no way you could survive that. The steps to prepare a dead body for a burial are so intense you have to be dead!

Buried alive occurred a lot back in the old days. So they started putting bells on the graveyard with a string attached all the way inside the coffin. ⚰ Then they put someone to watch the graveyard all night listening for any ringing bells. That is where the phrase "save by the bell" and "graveyard shift" comes from. 😀 This started on 18th or 19th century.

There were 2 men from the same town with the exact same name & same birthday, & my birth father was one of them. On Xmas Eve he was 'celebrating' at his brothers house, bon fire, drinking, other stuff he shouldn't be doing, .... He got in an argument with his wife over something stupid & they were going to leave. My uncle tried to stop him but couldn't. They took off, driving stupid as soon as he put it in gear. Shortly after they left my uncle heard a crash & jumped in his truck & took off towards the sound, this was around 1:30 in the morning he knew it had to be them. My birth father had veered off the left side of the road, hit a ditch & ramped the car about 10ft in the air, landed the car on top of a big cedar tree, the car rolled down the tree flipping multiple times. He died on impact, his wife was in critical condition but she made it, forever physically messed up from it.
She was in the hospital so us kids made cremation arrangements, the day after Xmas we went to say goodbye before the funeral home sent him off, the service was going to be after we found out about his wife.
At the funeral home I started having horrible awful stomach pains & had to leave to go to the Dr office.
Well I'm setting in the waiting room & a man with his daughter were in there, just us 3, she got a phone call, started crying, smiling, & hugging the older man. After she got off the phone she said Dad that was (Can't remember) & they said it's not your son that passed they found him, he's fine.
The police had it mixed up & had notified the wrong family, they started hugging & rejoicing, talking about the best Xmas miracle.
Then there's me setting there seeing them so happy & the stress & weight of it lifting off them, I couldn't help myself & I started crying. A bit awkward situation then started happening in the waiting room, they stopped being happy & looked at me setting there crying. I apologized & said I'm glad you got some good news for Xmas, but I believe I'm the daughter of the other family. I said is this name X X.X by chance? The older man said yes. They were telling me how the family hadn't seen him in a week & the cops knocked on their door Xmas morning to tell him his son had passed in a car wreck, they apologized to me for acting like they had. I completely understood how grateful they were with the news they received.

Can't comment much about the extra time with grandparents both my papaws were deceased before I was born 1 grandmother died when I was about 8 or 9 and the other grandmother has never had much to do with me as far as papaws go my mom's step-dad was good to us
