This was an awesome presentation, Bryce. I even had my wife come and watch a bit. We loved it! I also showed her your Cave video. Thank you for making all these videos, you are very helpful for an entrepreneur/wannabe monster truck driver/ God-loving person like myself and so many others. Great advice for not only the truck industry but for life in general. I really like what you're doing on this channel. I took my family to see Monster Jam in Indianapolis a few years back and we saw you perform. It was awesome. I recently found your channel accidentally (or was it, add cool music here) by typing "Monster truck behind the scenes" like I have so many times before. I even told my wife, "I feel like God led me here to this exact video" and that was before I knew how into God you are by watching some of your other vids. So you are definitely right where you are supposed to be. I currently have a new PEI chassis, (2) axle housings, (8) 4-link bars, that I purchased this year (And unloaded by myself! and survived to speak of it!) and I am slowly piecing the rest together. I recently cut out the floor pans and skull cap with a jigsaw! Arm numbness has since subsided. :) I work on houses for a living and my wife and I have a small tree farm as well, with hopes that when these 500+ lil guys grow up and we sell them, we'll have a whole lot more monster money to play with and we will help our customers gain some privacy/wind blockage at the same time. Maybe even clean a little air. We specialize in Green Giant tree's which went well with our monster truck vision.
I'm one of those 38 year old guys (now 39) you mentioned in the "how to get into Monster Jam" videos. In 2019 I emailed MJ to see if I could pay to drive a truck in Paxton, which is close to where I grew up. Although I'm not made of money I would figure it out. They asked if I wanted to send an application instead. So I submitted my application to Feld Entertainment several years ago but I'm older, and figured I was going to have to build a truck of my own, which is fun in it's own right. I figure I've got the chassis now and "He who has begun is half done" -- Horace. I built a small 6 ft tall digger mini monster truck first to teach myself a bit and see how well I play trucks in the garage. Welded it up, learned about shocks, rod ends, the links, and everything monster truck related that I could find online. I even made the fiberglass body using OSB wood and drywall compound to sculpt my plug mold. Then I decided it's time for the real one. To make it all real; I got the opportunity to meet with 2 chassis builders who taught me a lot. Dan Patrick and Rich Inman whom I cannot thank enough. I took two rides in King Sling with Dennis Anderson so far to see how my body likes it, and it was amazing. I'm hooked for life. It was a great time and I'm thankful that Dennis was able to put that event together. This last cost-efficient cruise to Carolina I had to eat peanut butter and jelly's the whole way and even slept in my truck to be able to make it happen. It was fun and totally worth it. First trip to NC I stayed right on the beach, mon. It's a very cool place. Drove my old Chevy the whole way. I love everything monster truck related, and God willing I will be on the same track as you someday. I ordered your book yesterday and will be watching everything you've got to offer. You're full of gems and I wish you luck on your journey in life. Sorry for the book written here but it's my first time meeting you and well I guess I can be a talker with people who are into the same things. Just making myself vulnerable here :) Until next time! - -Adam Bogan, Illinois p.s. thanks for all the gems
