Water hammering hone lagega suddenly kholne se, if any problem in bypass then slightly open mssv say 5% to remove condensate, after that open slowly.

Sir,
Why water sprayed and temperatures dropped through attemperator before final super heaters if we we required to raise the temperature with moisture free dry superheated steam required as per designed rated temperature and pressure.

Normally Attemperation line is made of 1 inch from this line maximum water may flow 8 to 10tph so used for controlling temperature. This value may be changed according to capacity of plant.

❌❌❌Dear Sir...as you told(from : 8:07) water converted into steam in boiler tube.....btt i thing this is wrong beacause it's same case happen earlier at feed pump to econimiser ( temp above 200 celcius but steam doesn't generated) in the tube. So why steam not generated at this section?( in econimiser outlet) ......and how it will possible at furnace coil? With same case ?.....answer: water need volume for expand to generation of steam...so in boiler tube same volume so how steam will generate?.....so once boiler operation engineer (BOE) told me steam generated at steam drum in point of which furnace tube outlet exit....at steam drum volume expand and help to generated steam

@@aanandk.6070 Actually two types of economiser used in power plant industry, and its depending upon flue gas temperature u get in economiser section.
Steaming type economiser- which is used in once through boilers.
Non- steaming type economiser- which is used in remaining boilers.
